随着糖尿病患病率的增高,糖尿病肾病患病率不断升高,现已成为发达国家和地区慢性肾衰竭的第一位原发病。 因此,早期正确诊断,采取有效的干预措施延缓糖尿病肾病的进展非常重要。 笔者系统阐述了糖尿病肾病的临床表现、临床诊断与临床分期、病理诊断与病理分期、鉴别诊断以及中西医结合治疗措施,旨在通过调整生活方式,严格控制血糖、血压、血脂,采用新型药物干预治疗,延缓糖尿病肾病的进展。

Therefore,early diagnosis and effective interventions to slow the progression of diabetic nephropathy is very important.This paper systematically describes the clinical manifestations of diabetic nephropathy, clinical diagnosis and clinical stage, pathological diagnosis and staging, differential diagnosis and treatment with integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine, aiming to delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy by adjusting the lifestyle, strictly controlling blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipids, and using new drug intervention treatment.
