特发性膜性肾病(IMN)最常见的并发症为静脉血栓和栓塞症，其可对机体造成不同程度的损伤，加剧患者的病情进展，影响预后，严重时甚至可造成患者死亡。但至今为止尚无指导临床用药的可靠实验室指标，也无统一的诊疗规范或措施。本文根据国内、外最新研究进展及相关指南，从预防及治疗的角度，探讨临床上对IMN并发静脉血栓或栓塞的干预方法，并对IMN并发静脉血栓或栓塞治疗过程的监测指标做一概述。

The most common complications of idiopathic membranous nephropathy (IMN) are vein thrombosis and embolism, which can cause varying degrees of damage to the body, aggravate the patients′ disease progression, exacerbate the prognosis, and even cause death. But so far, there have been neither reliable laboratory indexes nor uniform standards or measures for guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment. According to the latest domestic and foreign research progress, we explored the clinical intervention to the vein thrombosis or embolism complication in IMN from the perspective of prevention and treatment, and overviewed the monitoring indexes during the treatment process for the venous thrombosis or embolism complication in IMN.
