图1 肾脏组织病理学注：A：弥漫性内皮细胞增生增生、肿胀（HE×400）；B：细胞性新月体（HE×400）；C：细胞纤维性新月体（Masson×400）；D：纤维性新月体（HE×400）；E：肾小管上皮细胞颗粒变性，肾小管萎缩，可见肾间质弥漫性水肿（HE×200）；F：弥漫性内皮细胞增生肿胀，毛细血管腔狭窄，上皮足突广泛融合，未见电子致密物沉积（电镜×12 000）
