脑卒中已成为危害人类健康的重要疾病之一,寻找脑卒中相关风险因素对提高其防治水平至关重要。 慢性肾脏病(CKD)与心血管疾病(CVD)的发生及预后密切相关。 但是,上述结果多来自CKD 与冠状动脉相关疾病研究中。 近年来,CKD 与脑卒中也逐渐受到关注,研究显示,CKD 不仅与脑卒中的发生显著相关,同时,CKD 亦与脑卒中复发及致残等不良预后显著相关。 二者的相关性可能与CKD 患者血管内皮细胞功能受损及炎症反应亢进等病理生理状态有关。 控制高血压、高血脂、高血糖等经典风险因素在CKD 患者脑卒中防治中仍旧十分必要,努力寻找新的干预靶点势在必行。 同时,“肾-脑血管疾病”相关的特征尚需在未来大数据的临床试验中深入研究。

Stroke has become one of the important diseases that harm human health, and to look for related risk factors of stroke is very important for improvement of its prevention and control. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is closely related to the occurrence and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases. However, the above results were mostly obtained from research on relationship between CKD and coronary artery-associated diseases. In recent years, relationship between CKD and stroke has also been gradually highlighted.Researches showed that CKD not only significantly correlated with the incidence of stroke, but at the same time, with poor prognosis of stroke such as recurrence and disability, which may be related to pathophysiological status including vascular endothelial function damage and inflammatory hyperfunction in patients with CKD. It is still very necessary to control hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, and other classic risk factors in prevention and treatment of stroke in patients with CKD. It is also imperative to try and find new intervention targets. Meanwhile, the related characteristics of “kidney-cerebrovascular disease” are still needed to be further investigated in the future clinical trials by big data.
