原发性肾小球肾炎是我国最常见的肾脏疾病,慢性肾小球肾炎是发展成为CKD的最主要病因,因此,对原发性肾小球肾炎患者进行早期干预,延缓肾功能进展,是目前国内外研究的重点。祖国医学领域中,风湿扰肾作为肾小球肾炎的重要发病机制之一,逐渐为学者所重视。本文通过查阅中国知网近6年的相关文献,提取其中可信度较高的文献,对祛风湿类药应用于原发性肾小球肾炎的治疗作用及其机制的研究作概括性综述,以期为原发性肾小球肾炎的中医药治疗提供参考。

Primary glomerulonephritis is the most common renal disease in China. Chronic glomerulonephritis is the main cause of chronic kidney disease. Early intervention of primary glomerulonephritis to delay the progression of renal function deterioration, has been the focus of research in the world. In the traditional Chinese medical field, wind-damp-invading-kidney syndrome is one of the important pathogenesis mechanisms of glomerulonephritis, and has been gradually paid attention to by scholars. In this paper, by referring to the relevant literature of last six years from CNKI, and by extracting the literature of high reliability, a review was made to summarize the research on effects and mechanisms of dispelling-wind and eliminating-dampness drugs in treatment of primary glomerulonephritis, in order to provide reference for the treatment of primary glomerulonephritis with traditional Chinese medicine.
