随着全球气候变暖与气温升高,热应激肾病发病率不断增长,加重全球公共卫生负担。本文对热应激肾病的概念、流行病学特点、病因、发病机制、临床病理特征、诊治和预防进行综述,旨在加深对热应激肾病的认识,加强对热相关肾脏疾病的筛查和防治。

With the global warming and temperature rise, the incidence of heat stress nephropathy is increasing, which increases the burden of global public health. This article reviewed the concept, epidemiological characteristics, etiology, pathogenesis, clinical pathological features, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of heat stress nephropathy, aiming to deepen the understanding of heat stress nephropathy, and strengthen the screening and prevention of heat-related kidney diseases.
