图1 肾活检病理组织学注：A为马松三色染色显示系膜细胞及基质轻度弥漫增生，局灶节段加重。系膜区嗜复红蛋白沉积，小动脉管壁高度增厚，可见多处玻璃及葱皮样变；B为过碘酸-希夫六胺银染色显示肾小管基底膜弥漫增厚，肾小管多灶状萎缩，肾间质多灶状纤维化；C为电镜显示系膜细胞和基质增生，系膜区可见高密度电子致密物沉积，基底膜节段性偏薄，足突节段性融合
