Treatment of hypertension in elderly patients with chronic kidney disease

Abstract

Abstract:

With the great progress of medical science and technology in 21st century, infant mortality and adults accidental death rate decreased significantly, while simultaneously the survival rate of elderly patients with chronic diseases obviously increased, which have helped human life expectancy to extend obviously, especially in our country. The blood pressure control is very important in elderly patients with chronic kidney disease, that has extraordinary significance to delay the renal failure, and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events, which has been reviewed in this paper as follows.
