Diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy with integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine

Abstract:

With the increasing prevalence of diabetes, the rising prevalence of diabetic nephropathy has become the first primary disease of chronic renal failure in developed countries and regions. Therefore,early diagnosis and effective interventions to slow the progression of diabetic nephropathy is very important.This paper systematically describes the clinical manifestations of diabetic nephropathy, clinical diagnosis and clinical stage, pathological diagnosis and staging, differential diagnosis and treatment with integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine, aiming to delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy by adjusting the lifestyle, strictly controlling blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipids, and using new drug intervention treatment.
