狼疮肾炎(LN)是系统性红斑狼疮常见且严重的系统损害之一，预后不佳，治疗棘手。本文概述了中医学对LN病因病机的认识，分析了LN的辨证分期及证候分型，提出了LN的中医辨治策略，即辨证辨病结合，分型论治；分清标本缓急，分期论治；重视活血化瘀，贯穿始终；坚持中西医结合，中西医互补，以期为LN的中医中药治疗提供诊治思路。

Lupus nephritis is a common and severe systemic lesion of systemic lupus erythematosus, with poor prognosis and tricky treatment. This article outlined the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of LN by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), analyzed the syndrome differentiation stages and syndrome types of lupus nephritis, and proposed the strategy of TCM differentiation and treatment of lupus nephritis, namely syndrome differentiation plus disease differentiation for treatment by classification; treatment by stages, distinguishing the principal and secondary aspects as well as urgency and stagnation of diseases; placing emphasis on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis throughout the whole course; and persisting in the integration of Chinese and western medicines, and mutual complement of Chinese and western medicines, in order to provide ideas for the treatment of lupus nephritis with TCM.
