Abstract:

At present, most of the training units of standardized training for general practitioners in China are grade III hospitals. The cultivation of general practitioners needs to be comprehensive and covers a wide range of knowledge, making sure that they can have a full understanding of diseases of various systems, and have the capability for the early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases. However, since blood purification has its specialized characteristics in its knowledge and operation, the training of general practitioners has a high specialty compared with that in other disciplines. Meanwhile, the training mode and duration for general practitioners are quite different from those for hemodialysis specialists, and no relevant articles have been published yet. This article mainly discussed how general practitioners could master the relevant knowledge of hemodialysis in a short rotation time, providing reference for related teaching as well.
