2016年3月10日是第11个"世界肾脏日"。今年"世界肾脏日"的主题是"肾脏病与儿童",宣传口号是"早期行动,预防肾病,从儿童抓起"。儿童肾脏病无论是急性肾损伤还是慢性肾脏病,均有可能影响其一生,严重影响其成年后的生活质量,因此,早期发现、有效治疗,非常重要。溶血尿毒综合征(HUS)是儿童AKI的常见病因;出生缺陷和肾脏发育异常、遗传性肾病、肾小球疾病、感染性疾病和系统性疾病肾损害、尿路梗阻或反流是儿童CKD的主要原因,应给予高度重视。注重儿童肾脏病从儿科到成人肾脏病专科医师的连续医疗照护、加强从儿童到成年及至老年肾脏病的系统研究,对于遏制人类肾脏病的发生发展至关重要。

March 10, 2016 is the 11th "World Kidney Day" . The theme of this year′s "World Kidney Day" is "Kidney Disease & Children" , and the slogan is "Act Early to Prevent It" . Children′s renal diseases, whether acute kidney injury or chronic kidney disease (CKD), could affect their whole life-span, seriously influencing their quality of life at adult. Therefore, early finding plus effective treatment is very important. Hemolytic uremic syndrome is the common cause of AKI in children, while birth defects and renal dysplasia, hereditary kidney diseases, glomerular diseases, renal damages due to infectious and systemic diseases, and urinary tract obstruction or reflux can all be the main causes of CKD in children, and should be given high attention to. Paying attention to continual medical care for children′s kidney diseases from both pediatric and adult nephrological specialists, and strengthening systemic research on kidney diseases of children, adults, and even the elder, are vital for preventing the occurrence and development of human kidney diseases.
