Using creative education to develop the innovative ability of clinical medical students

Abstract:

Although the current education for medical students has combined various teaching methods, cramming education is still the main way essentially, with relatively weak cultivation of innovative ability. The speed and strength of innovative education reform cannot meet the tremendous needs for talent-development. Education for innovation-type of medical talents will promote the emerging of excellent medical technology and medical means for development of the clinical medicine in China. Teachers should adequately recognize the importance of creative education for cultivating the innovative ability of medical students, and foster the education for innovation-type of medical talents by means of various education modes.
